Happiness on a horse:
Riding the Haflingers.
that will carry you through the mountains
Haflinger are true mountain horses, with their home on the Monzoccolo/Tschögglberg. The horses feel most at ease at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 metres above sea level – and you can see that. Due to their gentle character and reliability, Haflinger horses are ideal for anyone who wants to try horse riding but does not yet have any experience. San Genesio/Jenesien is the home of these gentle creatures – and your holiday at the Hotel Saltus is a wonderful opportunity to experience the original equestrian sport first-hand.
